UAB Heart Month Activities

February is Heart Month, and at UAB, we're excited to provide our patients with fun and informative heart month activities.

UAB Hospital will assist participants in completing an Online Heart Risk Assessment and provide additional educational information related to heart health. There will also be giveaway items and heart healthy recipe booklets available. Dieticians and nurses will be on hand to answer questions. Join us in the North Pavilion second floor atrium Feb. 16, 17 and 18 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Kirklin Clinic will show educational heart videos and provide participants with cardiovascular health brochures and healthy recipe booklets. Join us at our booth on the second floor of The Kirklin Clinic Feb. 23, 24 and 25 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
