Insurance Information
Norwood Clinic physicians particpate with most major health insurance carriers including, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, United Healthcare and Cigna. Please contact yor insurance company directly for information about other health plans and about your individual coverage. All patients will be required to present an insurance card or proof of coverage at each visit. Thank you.

Copays, Coinsurance and Deductibles are due at time of service
For your convenience we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). In accordance with our PPO contracts, Copays and Coinsurance can not be billed or waived.
