What is different about our Rehabilitation Program?

At Hanover Health & Rehabilitation, we offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy services 6 days per week. Our intensive rehabilitation services define achievable treatment goals for our residents, monitor their progress, identify opportunities to increase their success, and prepare them to manage their care needs at home. The focus of our program is to help residents return to the living situation of their choice.
